Smart-ID, developed by SK ID Solutions AS, experienced a fluctuating trend in weekly downloads. Starting at 3.3K in late September, downloads dipped to around 2K by the end of October, then slightly increased to 2.4K by mid-December. Weekly active users also saw some variability, starting at approximately 119K in late September, peaking at 126K in early November, and ending the quarter at around 112K.

Microsoft Teams showed a declining trend in weekly downloads throughout Q4. Downloads began at 3.1K in late September, dropped to 1.2K by the end of October, and further decreased to 476 by the end of December. Active users peaked at nearly 26.6K in early November but saw a decline to around 16.9K by the end of December.

Microsoft Authenticator had a steady performance in terms of downloads, starting at 1.2K and peaking at 1.7K in early November, before declining to 497 by the end of December.
